4. Sync only in inbox

But if you use the Gmail app, synchronize only the inbox only, not all labels. To set it's not the Gmail app, select Menu> Settings> Labels. Sync the mimimum number of days and labels.

5. Disable the on-screen keyboard

Disable on-screen keyboard via the Settings> Locale & text> Android keyboard. This will make the phone more responsive. This can only be done if you use Android smartphone that uses phisical keyboard.

6. Reduce screen brightness

Install free widgets Brightness Level.

7. Turn off unused processes

Install TasKiller and turn off all the processes that you do not need. Android will automatically turn off when the RAM slow process but it is usually terlmbat done because the phone has already slowed.

8. Reboot

If the lack of memory or the phone becomes very unresponsive, try to rebooting.

9. Move the content into/cache or SD card (for experts)

A number of the tips above you can do with a safe and guaranteed not to harm your Android phone. But if you still lack the memory it needs to rooting your Android phone so it will be more available memory. Do it with a way to move content/cache or SD card.
